PRIVACY

Mini Monarch is committed to keeping your personal data confidential and secure. Mini Monarch promises not to sell, rent, loan or divulge your personal information to a third party.

SECURITY

The Mini Monarch website is secure and utilises 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology provided by GeoTrust to transfer, encrypt and protect your credit card data.

Mini Monarch does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by our Australian Payment Processor, ANZ eGate, which is linked to our bank’s merchant account.

PRICING

Pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Customers ordering outside of Australia are not subject to GST and this amount will be deducted from your order. Mini Monarch reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.

PAYMENTS

We accept all VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Australian money orders, cheques (issued by Australian banks only) and direct deposit into our bank account.  Our banking details will be available at the check out if you chose the direct deposit option. Please note that if your chose to pay by a method other than credit card your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared into our bank account. Please note that if we do not receive payment within 7 business days from the date of your purchase, your order will be cancelled and your items returned to stock.

LAYBYS

Having had a baby ourselves we understand that buying nursery furniture is a major purchase. We also realise that once you decide what items you would like you want the security of knowing that the nursery you have dreamed of will be available to you but you may not necessarily want to pay for it in full just yet or you not yet have the space ready for setting it up.  For this reason we at Mini Monarch offer a service in relation to our furniture range which is as rare as hen’s teeth in the online world – layby!

Layby terms: applies to furniture items only, 40% non-refundable deposit, 3 month maximum term.

PRE-ORDERS

In the event furniture items are sold out it is possible to pre-order items from our next shipment.  Simply email us at orders@minimonarch.com.au to find out the expected delivery date of your desired item and to pre-order it.  Please note that pre-orders require a deposit of 40% non-refundable to secure your item/s.

AVAILABILITY & BACKORDERS

From time to time items that are listed as available may in fact not be. We apologies if this situation does occur and will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when we expect the item back in stock and to arrange a refund if you do not wish to wait for it.

ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Please check your order confirmation email thoroughly. If there are any errors or changes please email us immediately at orders@minimonarch.com.au. Please note that changes can not be made once your order is shipped. If you are sending your package to somewhere other than the billing address, both addresses will appear on your Order Confirmation Email.

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please email us and we will correct the email address and send you a copy of your order and your order number.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All order cancellations must be emailed or sent in writing. Your order is considered current unless cancelled in writing (via email at orders@minimonarch.com.au). Orders can not be cancelled after they have been shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Mini Monarch would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, or you've simply changed your mind it can be returned for an exchange or a credit note (valid for 3 months).

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions:

• The item must be as new. That is: unused, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging with the original labels attached.
• A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
• The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.

Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.
 

How to make a return for exchange or refund.

Step 1: Check that you meet all the conditions above.

Step 2: Contact us at info@minimonarch.com.au or by phone on 1300 889 419 and ensure you provide the following information:

          - Your name

          - Invoice number

          - Reason for return

          - Request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund.
 

Step 3: You will then be issued with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) to be written on the outside package of your returned item.

Step 4: Return the item/s to be exchanged, mark the RAN on the package and include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in.

Please Note: Any returns sent without an RAN will be refused and marked return to sender.
 

Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and labels attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.

FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

Mini Monarch prides itself on quality control and all items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us by email at info@minimonarch.com.au or by phone 1300 889 419 and we will organise a replacement for you.

Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.

MISSING ORDERS

All orders sent by Mini Monarch have a unique tracking number and need to be signed for upon receipt. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you.
