Shipping
At Mini Monarch we like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.
Hours
One of the major attractions of online shopping is that you are able to make your purchases any time from the comfort of your own home. Our webstore is open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, please note that our warehouse only operates during standard business hours (Australian Eastern time) and observes all Melbourne public holidays. All orders are dispatched within 48 business hours of receipt, but most times sooner.
Shipping within Australia
- Orders will be dispatched with 48 hours of placement (business hours).
- A flat rate of $9.00 shipping is charged on all standard orders
- Any standard orders over $150 are shipped free of charge*
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Courier.
- In most cases orders will be received within 3-5 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
Please Note: Bulky items such as our furniture range are measured on the cubic weight and may incur an extra fee. If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment before your order is dispatched. You will then have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
Shipping outside Australia
- Mini Monarch ships to New Zealand and other islands in the South Pacific.
- Orders will be dispatched within 48 (business) hours of placement.
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail, Australia Post Express Post International or Courier.
- Generally orders will be receive within 3 - 10 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
- Items shipped internationally are insured against loss or damage and this cost is included in your shipping quote.
