At Mini Monarch we like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant and simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you both quickly and efficiently.


One of the major attractions of online shopping is that you are able to make your purchases any time from the comfort of your own home. Our webstore is open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, please note that our warehouse only operates during standard business hours (Australian Eastern time) and observes all Melbourne public holidays. All orders are dispatched within 48 business hours of receipt, but most times sooner.

There are three options available to you when it comes to ordering.

Option 1 - Ordering Online

This is the most popular, easiest, quickest and most efficient way to order. Once you have made your selection proceed through our clear and simple checkout steps, where you payment will be transacted instantly. You should also feel safe in the knowledge that all your information is securely transferred through a 128 bit SSL encrypted connection provided by Geotrust.

After you have completed your transaction you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

Option 2 - Email

Orders can be submitted via email.  Simply email info@minimonarch.com.au listing the items that you wish to purchase and we will respond within 24 hours with an order confirmation.

We will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your email order with a confirmation.


Pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes 10% GST. Customers ordering outside of Australia are not subject to GST and this amount will be deducted from your order. Mini Monarch reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.


We accept all VISA and MasterCard, PayPal, Afterpay and direct deposit into our bank account.  Our banking details will be available at the check out if you chose the direct deposit option. Please note that if you chose to pay by a method other than credit card your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared into our bank account. Please note that if we do not receive payment within 2 business days from the date of your purchase, your order will be automatically cancelled and your items returned to stock.



Please check your order confirmation email thoroughly. If there are any errors or changes please email us immediately at info@minomonarch.com.au. Please note that changes can not be made once your order is shipped. If you are sending your package to somewhere other than the billing address, both addresses will appear on your Order Confirmation Email.


If you do not receive an Order Confirmation Email you may have entered an incorrect email address. Please email us and we will correct the email address and send you a copy of your order and your order number.


All order cancellations must be emailed. Your order is considered current unless cancelled in writing (via email at info@minimonarch.com.au). Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.


  • Flat rate shipping is here!  Ordinary Post $6.95, Express $9.95
  • Orders will be dispatched with 48 hours of placement (business hours).
  • Express Post orders are dispatched the next business day, in some instances the same day, depending on the time at which the order was made.
  • Any standard orders over $150 is shipped free of charge
  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
  • In most cases orders will be received within 2-5 business days of dispatch. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.


  • Mini Monarch ships to New Zealand and other islands in the South Pacific.
  • Orders will be dispatched within 48 (business) hours of placement.
  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail, Australia Post Express Post International or Courier.
  • Generally orders will be receive within 3 - 15 working days, although certain destinations may take longer.
  • Items shipped internationally are insured against loss or damage and this cost is included in your shipping quote.

International shipping costs will be quoted on a per order basis, please contact us at info@minimonarch.com.au for a quote.


In the event that items are sold out it is possible to pre-order items from our next shipment.  Simply email us at info@minimonarch.com.au to find out the expected delivery date of your desired item and to pre-order it. 

Note that in orders which include in-stock items as well as items on pre-order, the order will not be dispatched untill all items are in stock.



From time to time items that are listed as available may in fact not be. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when we expect the item back in stock and to arrange a refund if you do not wish to wait for it.


Mini Monarch would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, or you've simply changed your mind it can be returned for an exchange or a credit note (valid for 3 months).

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange or credit note under the following conditions:

  • The item must be as new. That is: unused, undamaged, unsoiled and in the original packaging with the original labels attached.
  • A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
  • The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.


Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges and that exchanges will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.

How to make a return for exchange or refund.

Step 1: Check that you meet all the conditions above.

Step 2: Contact us at info@minimonarch.com.au or by phone on 1300 889 419 and ensure you provide the following information:

      - Your name

      - Order number

      - Reason for return

      - Request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund.

Step 3: Return the item/s to be exchanged, and include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in.

Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is NOT refundable unless product is deemed faulty, nor do we cover the delivery cost of returned items unless faulty.

Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, washed, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and labels attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.


Mini Monarch prides itself on quality control and all items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us by email at info@minimonarch.com.au or by phone 1300 889 419 and we will organise a replacement for you is warranty conditions are met.

Please Note: All warranty claims must be made within 60 days from date of purchase. Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.


All orders sent by Mini Monarch have a unique tracking number. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you.
